This inverted biological microscope can directly observe and photograph the live microorganisms in the petri dish. The XD-3 inverted biological microscope is used instrument and equipment for food research and testing. The XD-3 inverted biological microscope means that the light source illuminates from the top to down, as shown on the right, The observed object (petri dish) is placed on the stage, the light passes through the petri dish and then form an image, it reaches the lower objective lens, and the image is magnified by the objective lens and reflected to the right eyepiece, which is magnified by the eyepiece and then enters the human eye. The optical path of the inverted biological microscope is just the opposite of that of a general biological microscope, so it is called an inverted biological microscope.

The XD-3 inverted biomicroscope can be used for the direct observation of live microorganisms in the culture dish. It is not necessary to take out the microorganisms to observe, so that the living microbial cells in the culture dish can maintain the original state without any change in observation.
