Description

The WP-10 tester inspects the weld seam quality of the three-piece can by squeezing and stretching the weld seam by the steel ball on the cylinder. If the weld is not strong, it will be torn.

Working Steps of the Longitudinal Weld Seam Inspection Tester for 3-piece Can
Place the empty can on the fixture. Align the steel ball on the tester cylinder with the inner end of the welding seam. The steel ball exerts an outward pushing force on the weld seam and slides from one end of the weld to the other. During the testing process, the entire weld is subjected to outward tearing force from the steel ball. In this way, the tester can detect the weld strength and welding seam continuity of the 3-piece can.
