The can body is fed into the necking unit one by one from the left side of the machine through the automatic can feeding system. After the necking of the can, it is sent to the flanging unit for flanging, and then sent out of the machine through the cans conveying mechanism. Because the cans bodies that entry and exit the machine are all vertical, the machine's inlet and outlet are smoothly connected to the conveyor belts of the upper and lower processes.
