FK-Y6 Automatic vacuum seamer (sealer) for irregular cans double seam is suitable for sealing cans except for cylindrical cans. These irregular cans include rectangular cans, oval cans and horseshoe-shaped cans (pear-shaped cans). FK-Y60 irregular can seamer makes the can packaging more abundant.

FK-Y6 Automatic vacuum sealer (seamer) for irregular cans double seam has a cam unit designed according to the shape of the irregular can, has two first sealing rollers and two second sealing rollers. Ensure that these rollers seal the double seam along the irregular shape. The degree of vacuum can be adjusted. The whole process of the can body and the lid entering the can sealer, the can sealing operation and the can leaving the seamer is fully automated.

Due to precise design and processing, the double seam of irregular cans meets the quality requirements. In addition, when no can body enters the seamer, the supply of the lid is automatically stopped. The seamer also has a lid marking code machine, which can mark code of the production date.
