Description Principle

This cutter is a tinplate duplex slitter. Tinplate has flat cutting edges and accurate dimensions. This duplex slitter machine can meet the requirements of high-precision can body welding.

This tinplate duplex slitter machine uses the round cutter wheel to cut tinplate. Like the image above, the large tinplates are stacked in the tinplates discharge system on the right (A). Using the vacuum tinplate suction device and conveying mechanism at the top of the system, the tinplate arrives one after the other at the longitudinal slitter (B) to cut, and then the conveying mechanism sends tinplate to the transverse slitter (C) to cut. The dimensions of the cut tinplate are of high precision and can satisfy the strict requirement of the high speed resistance welding machine. The entire tinplate cutting process is fully automatic and high speed.

1. The large tinplates are stacked in the discharge system (A). The three black vacuum suction nozzles on the upper part send the tinplate to the conveyor belt one by one. As shown in diagram 1 and diagram 2.

2. Tinplate is sent to the longitudinal slitter (B) by a conveyor belt for slicing, and then sent to the transverse slitter (C) for slicing. As shown in diagram 3.
The entire slicing process of the tinplate duplex slitter is completed within seconds. The tinplate sheet can be cut into multiple can body pieces in one slicing process.
