Description

These metal inoculation needles and handles can pick, transfer and inoculate hyphae during inoculation. The metal inoculation needle can be reused after sterilization, is commonly used testing equipment of microbiology for food.
The components of the metal inoculation needles and handles are connected as shown in the figure below. Insert the metal inoculation needle into the movable joint of the inoculation handle and tighten the movable joint nut. The inoculation needles are an essential tool for poking up mycelial pieces at the time of inoculation. They are widely used in many disciplines such as microbial detection, microbial transplantation, and molecular biology. The advantage of the metal inoculation needle is that it can be used multiple times after being heated and disinfected, and the cost is low. Heating method: It can be heated by an alcohol lamp burner for Laboratory or an Infrared Sterilizer for Inoculation Loops and Needles.
